ORDER PROCEDURE

Pre-Order
Our handcraft doorgift need times to do and to make sure the quality of the handcraft items, Please give us enough time to produce the best products for your precious events.

Fo the time being we only accept orders that can self pick up, no delivery via courier or pos because handcraft items will spoil during the process of delivery, the damaged caused is out of our control.

Sample Purchase
If our design you like you want us to create a sample that match your theme colours, we will need to charge a fee of RM50 per sample created. We hope you understand the value and time we need to put in to make the sample for your. Therefore, we charge for our samples creation.

Order Lead Time
Pre-order: around 8 weeks
Sample Purchase: 1 working day.

Payment Method
Full payment must be made upon confirmation of order. We accept 2 kinds of payment methods:
1) Bank In/ Bank Transfer to Renown Gift Sdn Bhd account at Maybank Berhad
2) Cash Payment

Cancellation
Strictly no cancellation or refund once the order has been made. Refund only made if Renown Gift failed to deliver the order on the collection date.
