My doorgift has arrived, thank god it's all in top condition. Klu with dyorg, u guys don't need to overthink if the brg is damaged or ckup because dyorg will do qc first b4 postage 👍 I like dealing with the renowned gift team the most because they all explain from A to Z and are very professional. My entire experience purchasing my wedding favours with Renown Gift Sdn Bhd was nothing less than splendid and highly satisfying as a customer. I came across them over Facebook and Instagram and was impressed by their large variety of wedding favours they offer that could also be customised to the customer's liking.
Thus, I ordered several sample pieces of tin boxes from them first to get a feel of their products. The quality of the products definitely did not disappoint me and so did the staff by the name of Hana who was so ever friendly and helpful in attending to my endless enquiries and even gave me fruitful suggestions such as customisation by offering to vary the colour of the ribbons and when best to have the items delivered in time for my wedding. She responded to my queries very efficiently too. I'm very much appreciative of her help.
Next, I went them on with the bulk purchase of about over 800 pieces of my final choice of design. I was initially worried since I ordered a large amount of items from them without physically dropping by their shop and more so that it had to be flown miles away from Malaysia to Singapore. However, I had my trust and faith in them and Alhamdulilah, all of them have arrived safely to my doorstep, very neatly packed. The workmanship of all the products are commendable too.
Once again, I'd like to thank the team for making this possible and one of my dreams for my wedding come true. I will definitely highly recommend them to others too!
